Board Meetings are open to anyone who would
like to attend.  All are welcome.  Please contact Mark McRoberts if you would like to attend so we can arrange appropriate size meeting locations.
1st Board Meeting of the 2015 Softball Season

The next board meeting scheduled for November 5th has been changed to November 12th at 6:30pm.  This is the first board meeting for the upcoming 2015 softball season, so we will be voting for board member positions.  We encourage everyone to consider joining the board and help us to continue to grow and improve our organization.  Below is a list of the official positions that you can run for as well as smaller committees that need to be staffed.  If anyone is interested, please reply to this email so we know how many people to expect at the next board meeting.  All voting will be done at that meeting on November 12th and positions will be assigned.  All are invited and encouraged to attend and participate. 

We look forward to an overwhelming turnout of those wanting to have a more active role in making Saratoga Miss Softball even better!

  • Online Registration will start Jan. 1 and run through March.  (Be sure to sign up early so you don’t miss out on the Early bird special)
  • Mandatory evaluations will be 1st week in March
  • Coaches:  Drafting of teams 2nd week in March
  • Two in-person sign ups, one in January and one in February.
  • Pitching/Catching clinics starting in October and running through March
  • Player clinics starting in March
